Around 500 delegates from around the world gathered in Rome to reconnect and honor their colleagues in an inspiring setting.

The Approach
Our team embraced the client’s vision by focusing on three core elements:
Atmospheric Design:
Villa Aurelia, an exclusive historic venue, was transformed into a dreamlike space where ancient Roman ambiance met contemporary design.
A large, illuminated moon centerpiece symbolized the company’s connection to the cosmos, while star projections adorned the gardens and paths.
Outdoor areas were creatively utilized, with the Lemon Garden set up as a cocktail lounge and the Secret Garden as the dining area.
